How It Works
Don't buy another platform. Don't add another task to your PM's list.
Send us the project. We’ll handle the closeout.
No new software to learn. No complicated implementation. Just send us the project documents you already have, and we’ll turn them into a clean, organized, QA’d closeout package.
01 — Tell us about the project
Give us a few basic details about the project, your closeout requirements, and your target completion date. We offer rush delivery. Project type, size, owner/GC, deadline, and closeout requirements. Hit the quote button and fill out your intake details.
02 — Upload your documents
Send us the project files you already have—O&M manuals, submittals, warranties, drawings, testing records, certificates, equipment documentation, and more. Have a messy project folder? That's fine. Send it anyway. We get you a simple secure dropbox link to bulk upload your information.
03 — We build the package
We sort, classify, organize, and compile the documentation into a structured closeout package that follows industry best practices (see here).
04 — We flag what's missing
You'll receive a clear list of apparent missing or incomplete items. We review the package against the project requirements you provide and flag documents that appear to be missing, incomplete, or require attention. If you want us to pull O&M manuals or other product specific information let us know.
05 — We QA the final package
Our workflow combines automated document processing with human review to catch errors, inconsistencies, and organizational problems before delivery. Ask for technical review from engineers to perform a more detailed review.
06 — You get closeout done
Receive a clean, organized, submission-ready package for your team's review and turnover. Book a one on one for a quick walk through of your products and to answer any questions you might have.
